Don’t you hate when a reviewer tells major plot points?

I vow never to do that to you folks. I might reveal an anecdote, but certainly not the entire plot. I can’t read The New Yorker reviews until after I’ve seen a movie for that very reason.

I even remember the spoiler that bummed me out most: before seeing Blue Jasmine, I read the New Yorker review which revealed that Alec Baldwin’s character commits suicide…it was like, REALLY? The movie’s brand new and I would have liked the unexpectedness of an event like that.
